03Talks & keynotes

Talks about changing career paths and building a new life

I speak about what it takes to shift careers and follow your calling: leaving certainty behind, the lessons learnt singing in the Paris métro, and the tools I put in place as I moved from insurance to music.

I have spoken at Paris Talks, and at Bethany Institutions in Bangalore, where I was invited back to address the graduating class of my own school during their valedictory function.

Music can be part of my talk – my songs bring emotion to the room as the melodies and lyrics echo the depth of my message.

04Music for children

Music workshops for children

I have worked as a children's music facilitator: teaching songs, rhythm and simple instruments, in English and French. For several years I was part of Petit Paris Play Group, a well-known music group for babies and toddlers in Paris.

I take on new projects when they are the right fit – school events, cultural festivals, family celebrations and birthdays. Do get in touch if you'd like me to facilitate a music workshop for young children.

05Collaborations

Festivals, artists and cultural projects

Beyond private events, I work with festivals, fellow musicians and cultural organisations. I have particularly enjoyed projects that bring Indian and French music into the same room, but I am open to all kinds of collaboration. If you are putting an event together, please reach out – I would love to be part of it.

Repertoire

Three languages, over 250 songs

EnglishFrançaisहिन्दी

Édith Piaf / Adele / Amy Winehouse / Arijit Singh / Frank Sinatra / The Beatles / Françoise Hardy / Elvis Presley

Folk, pop, soul and French chanson – as well as my own compositions. We choose the songs together, from my repertoire.

If a song matters to you and isn't in my repertoire, I'll have the pleasure of learning it.

When your guests don't speak the same language, I move between them across the set – a French song, an English one, a Hindi one – mixing the classics with more recent songs so nobody is left out.

Common questions

Three questions I'm often asked

For anything else, write to me – I'd be happy to speak with you.

How many guests can you sing for?

I provide sound for up to 70 guests. Above that, two options: either your venue has a system I can plug into – the most comfortable for your guests – or I bring an extended PA. Tell me the guest count and the venue, and I'll tell you what works.

Where do you travel?

Anywhere. I've sung in Île-de-France, Normandy, Champagne, Provence, Corsica, Guadeloupe and Morocco, and at many events in India, where I'm from – I go where I'm invited. Travel is included in Île-de-France for venues reachable by public transport; for more isolated venues, and anywhere else, it is quoted in advance.

Can we choose the songs?

Yes – I'll send you my repertoire, over 250 songs, and you choose from it. If a song isn't on the list, I'd be so pleased to learn it, and I'll sing it for you and your guests.
